Paloma International trading as Paloma Agency or COME2AU RENTALS is an international company that specialises assisting undergraduates from the European Union to re-locate to Australia. Established in 1999 in Europe, Paloma has branches in several countries in the world including Australia where it was established in 2001.
Our target clientele is overseas business people and students from better-situated families from Europe who study law, medical, science and business. These undergraduates recognise the benefits of completing a degree from Australian Universities to put them in good stead for a bright and prosperous future.
We provide our clients with education advice, help to select the right education institution; we arrange their visa application, airfare, airport pick up, accommodation, bank account opening, tax return etc.
Paloma starts working with its clients long before they arrive on Australian shores. Paloma provides education advice, institution selection and entry assistance to the best suited universities. Once accepted Paloma’s team help arrange visa’s and then hands over the Clients details to the Australian relocation team.
Part of the service offered by Paloma is up to the standard, clean and affordable accommodation. This includes newly furnished rooms with all the mod cons a house needs to be comfortable including internet, cable television. It helps our clients make new friends and be surrounded by like minded graduates who have similar goals and ambitions.
Our intention is to sublet your property to our valued clients with your permission. As we are in the business of providing clean and affordable accommodation as part of our service we have a strong interest in keeping your property maintained to a high standard.
